Level 4 Guidance

Sometimes people need help and support in a crisis because their thinking has become altered by their illness and they may put themselves in danger and these interventions can help the person through that difficult patch.

  Consultant Psychiatrist opinion   Specialised with complex needs due to nature of illness and/or co morbidity   Pennine Care Out Patients Department    GP referral -Access through IAIS or A/E
             
  Psychosocial Interventions > Using 12 sessions which includes   Collaborative depression management for people with complex need due to nature of illness and /or co-morbidity that appear, following assessment to require interventions for a period of longer than 3 months   Pennine Care    GP referral -Access through IAIS or A/E
  Medication review          
  Combined treatments     Community Mental Health Teams
