Level 3 Guidance

Some face-to-face psychological therapies are recommended for some of the more severe symptoms, these are usually accessed through a referral from your General Practitioner and provide services to help you manage and reduce the effect of your symptoms. Sometimes people need longer-term support to get back on their feet and, these interventions help people over that longer-term period.

  Psychosocial Interventions  Using 12 sessions which includes   People with complex need due to nature of illness and /or co-morbidity that appear, following  short term period (12 Sessions) to support through acute phase of depression   Initial Assessment and Intervention Service   GP referral Access through IAIS or A/E
