When talking about stress, anxiety and depression we use the term ’Common Mental Health problems’ Level 1 GuidanceThese activities and sources of information are known to help people understand their illness and make them less threatening and disabling. For all common mental health problems we know that there is evidence that making some changes in a person’s lifestyle can help. Exercise either walking or sport or attendance at a gym can have beneficial effects on people’s mood and symptoms.
