DIAL offers a free impartial, advice, and information service for Carers and people who have a long term illness or disability.

We provide information on a range of issues concerning people who are suffering from an illness or a disability including a comprehensive Welfare Benefits advice service and assistance with the completion of Welfare Benefit forms.

We also offer a Borough wide home visiting service if needed.
Access to other related information is obtainable via the Advice Line

These services are available on a daily basis.
